THINGS THAT SEPARATE A WINNER AND A LOSER

Winners see possibilities while losers see problem winners see potentials and losers see weakness. Winners make it happen while losers let it happen. Winners see the gains while loser see the pains. Winners have team spirit while losers work alone. Winners have dreams while loser’s day dreams. Winners see answers to every problem while losers see a problem in every answer. Winners develop themselves by helping others to succeed. Losers criticize others to make themselves happy. Winners talk solution and take action. Losers talk problems and do nothing. Winners work according to priorities. Losers never make time for things they should do. Winners know that failure is deferred success. Losers think that failure is their destine. Winners conquer fear. Losers quit when the going get tough. Winners make an effort to take control. Losers rely on luck and like on hope. Winners have direction and goals. Losers have wishes and hopes.
Winners look for the truth in every situation. Losers let feelings and other people’s opinion make up their minds. Inning requires a lot of hard work. Losing on the other hand, requires no effort at all.
Winners think, dream, believe and except success. To them there is no alternative to winning and failure is not excusable.
The winner spends his time on nothing else but setting goals, planning strategies and devising ways of reaching the top. The success-minded students think only about achieving academic Laurel’s. The business tycoons consider profits, business growth and expansion before every other thing. The military generals dream only of winning battles. The athletes’ number one focus is the gold medal. What must you do to win in life?
To be a winner, you need to take responsibility for your success. This is an obvious fact. You must take charge or control of your own destiny. Many people have unconsciously or consciously believe that success depends solely on external factors like, luck, connections, fate, other people and prayers for break through except themselves. Some also lack direction. They wish for luck and hope for the best in life. Success in life, however, begins with a clear pictured of where and what you want to be. This involves having a clearly defined goal and vision for your life and time limit for their realization. Then you have to take action. Winners know that success is not made when you are thinking. Success is taking definite steps towards the realization of set goals. Following through your plans to reach your set goals in spite of odds is another important factor to winning in life. Several forces would want to stop or derail your journey to success but it will take determination for you to remain focused. You must concentrate on your goals. Avoid distractions and detractors. To remain at the top, you need to set higher goals. Do not become complacent.
Winning require absolute trust in God. He has and gives all it takes to succeed. Without him, true and lasting successes will remain a mirage. To enjoy His help to succeed, you need to have a personal relationship with him. This calls for genuine repentance and faith in Christ’s provision for salvation. It takes simple step of faith by accepting that you are a sinner, confessing and forsaking your sins and trusting the mercy of God for forgiveness.
Life is all about success and failure, and both are very useful. Sometimes, we do not learn to do better until we first learn that we are not good enough the first time. If your experience has been that of losing, you can change your past. Do not run away from failure, but use it for what it is intended, a stepping stone to success. Learn to pick yourself up and do better next time.
